contentAll I can say is thank god Lois Lane is still under contract for less than 22 episodes because last night I was actually able to do something that I haven’t been able to do since the start of the season, enjoy a Smallville episode. The only thing I didn’t care for was the lightswitch Clois pimping from Chloe. I hate when they have her flip flopping on Clois/Clana. She’s not a damn cheerleader so I just hate seeing her all, “Ra-ra! For Clois” it’s like STFU producers and stop turning every character into a Clois fan to make up for your shitty storytelling and lack of proper relationship development. That rant aside, the episode was really amazing. I love that Chloe got to meet Jor-El. I felt that was most appropriate since she is the most important person in Clark’s life and I was glad that she had the honor of telling Jor-El about his son. I wish that Clark would have had more scenes with Jor-El but if someone other than him had to have these scenes then Chloe was the one. I have to say that I squeed a bit when I saw Chloe with both Clark and Oliver. It’s about time that Chloe got to interact more with the boys. They have so much chemistry together and I only wish that the producers would understand that and give us more Clark/Chloe/Oliver action! About Chloe spying on Clark, it was wrong for her to keep the cameras post his return back to “humanity” but she didn’t do it on purpose. I feel she just sort of forgot they were there. Either way, the reason the cameras were set up was to keep Clark safe, and let’s face it, if someone can do that its Chloe and it’s been here since the very beginning. I was completely pissed off to see Chloe being bashed yet again (yawn) at ksite. It’s like really? You feel so damn threatened by Chloe that you need to rip her apart every single damn time? Give me a fuckin’ break! It’s like Chloe breathes and she’s condemned for taking the world’s oxygen. Stupid shit. But back to the episode, I loved the Jor-El and the Zod scenes it was great. There was too much Tess, IMO. I like her but not as much as I like Chloe, clearly and I don’t understand why she needed to have so many scenes. I felt they could have wrapped up so many things in one great scene rather than three scattered ones. Oliver, as much as I like him, was also overused. I mean he was with Clark most of the time but why was he there? To take him on his jet? That was weird. Clark could get to his destination in less than 2 seconds flat and yet he needs to take a jet now? No, I didn’t like that. I wish that the episode would have ended with a Chlark scene instead of an Oliver scene. I understand that they are trying to patch up the JL storyline but I think that it would have been nice to see Chloe comforting Clark a bit. But other than that, the episode was fantastic. The acting was top-notch and Allison Mack proved why she’s the leading lady of Smallville. She’s just awesome and she’s just why I love Smallville so much. Next week looks like a snorefest to be honest with the show back to Loisville. I’ll probably youtube the episode again instead of watching it live but can you blame me? Anyway, I rate this episode a 9.5!
The only forum I've ever been a member of is Kryptonsite but I haven't been there in a while because IMO it was turning into a not so friendly place for Chloe fans. So my question to anyone reading this, do you know of any Chloe friendly sites or forums? So far I'm really liking live journal because there are a lot of Chloe related journals and communities. But it's a bit confusing to navigate through because there is a lot features that I'm not familiar with unfortunately. Little by little I think I'm getting it though. It's my first day with a journal and at least I'm able to post something, right? Before I just used to follow links to fanfic here. I never really thought about registering until a friend recommended it directly to me.
Anyway, so if you guys know of any sites or forums please let me know. Post it here to just send me a private message.
